I support families with empathy in finding healthy sleep – without pressure, without rigid methods, but at the loving pace of your child.

When suddenly your whole day revolves around falling asleep, bedtimes, waking phases and exhaustion, there is often little room left for ease, connection and real rest.
I support families with gentle, attachment-oriented methods on the path to more relaxed days and more restful nights.
Because sometimes better sleep changes not just the night – but your entire family life.
Sleep involves far more than the hours at night. It is about falling asleep, sleep support, night-time waking phases, daytime naps and all the thoughts, worries and routines that often quietly shape family life.
When sleep becomes a constant issue, your whole day suddenly revolves around it – appointments, mood, energy, your relationship and even the small moments of family life.
That is why my goal is not only to improve your child's sleep, but to help sleep become what it should be again: a natural part of your family life – not its centre.
Because when sleep is no longer a constant issue, there is room again for what truly matters: closeness, ease, connection and beautiful moments together.
Former TV editor, mum of two and certified baby sleep consultant.
My passion for sleep consulting grew out of my own story as a mother. My first child was a particularly challenging sleeper. For almost two years, we could only dream of sleeping through the night again.
I know what persistent sleep deprivation does to a person – physically, emotionally and as a family. When sleep becomes a constant issue, it's not just the nights that suffer. Everyday life, your relationship and your own well-being increasingly fall out of balance.
Again and again I considered getting support. At the same time, there was the uncertainty: would sleep consulting even suit us? Would the methods be compatible with my values? And is this investment really worth it?
That is exactly why today I support families with babies and children aged six months to five years – with gentle, attachment-oriented methods and a holistic view of their individual situation.
Because every family is unique. That's why I don't offer off-the-shelf solutions, but individual paths that fit your child, your values and your family's everyday life.
My goal is to relieve your whole family and to bring more calm, security and ease back into your everyday life.
Warmly, your Nora
From a one-off assessment to close support over several weeks – tailored individually to your child and your family's everyday life.
For specific questions and clearly defined sleep situations
Sometimes you don't need long-term support, but above all a sound assessment, fresh impulses and a clear outside perspective. We discuss your individual situation and your specific questions about your child's sleep behaviour.
Your benefit: You gain clarity, orientation and confidence – instead of continuing to worry or trying out contradictory tips. If it turns out your situation is more complex, you can switch to the intensive support at any time.
For families who want lasting change and close support
Some sleep situations are more complex and need more than a single conversation. We analyse your situation thoroughly and develop an individual path – and I stay closely by your side throughout, adapting strategies and supporting you even in difficult moments.
Your benefit: You don't have to walk this path alone. Instead of uncertainty and overwhelm, you gain structure, security and reliable support by your side.
For families who would like a little more time and support
Some changes take more time – and that is completely fine. If, after the first two weeks, you feel additional support would be helpful, you can flexibly extend your intensive support.
Your benefit: You keep security and stability throughout the process, without having to make decisions under time pressure – for lasting change at a pace that suits your family.
